How long does the incense burn?
About 40 minutes per stick. 30 sticks per pack.
Do I have to stay for the whole 40 minutes?
Five minutes are enough for the moment that matters. After that you press the ember out in the holder and light the stick again next time.
Never leave a burning stick unattended.
Are the scents natural?
Yes. Only plant-based scent notes — no synthetic oils, no bamboo, no charcoal. Made from recycled flowers collected at temples in India.
Are the incense sticks bamboo-free?
Yes. They are rolled solid, with no bamboo core and no charcoal. That removes the smell of burnt bamboo you may know from many other incense sticks.
Where do the incense sticks come from?
From India. The base is flowers left over after ceremonies at temples; there they are dried, ground and rolled into sticks by hand. Packing and shipping take place in Winterthur, in cooperation with ESPAS.
Where are the holders made?
In Switzerland, in anodised aluminium, by Trelleborg.
How long does shipping take?
We deliver within Switzerland, usually in 3–7 working days. Orders ship from Winterthur.
Can I send Sibicura as a gift?
Yes. Enter a different delivery address at checkout and the order goes straight to them.
What if the scent isn't for me?
Unopened packs can be returned within 14 days — just let us know by email first. We can't take opened sticks back.
