1. Scope and contracting party

These terms and conditions apply to all orders placed through the online shop www.sibicura.com. The contracting party is Simplify Group Switzerland GmbH, registered in Winterthur, Switzerland (referred to below as “Sibicura”, “we” or “us”).

By placing an order you accept these terms in the version in force at the time of the order.

2. Offer and conclusion of contract

The presentation of products in the online shop is an invitation to order, not a legally binding offer. A contract comes into being only once Sibicura confirms the order by email or dispatches the goods.

We reserve the right to decline orders without giving reasons — for instance in the case of incorrect pricing, lack of availability, or suspected misuse.

3. Prices and payment

All prices are given in Swiss francs (CHF) and include statutory VAT unless stated otherwise. Shipping costs are shown separately during checkout.

The available payment methods (for example credit card, Twint, PayPal or advance payment) are displayed at checkout. Sibicura reserves the right to dispatch orders only once payment has been received.

4. Delivery and shipping

Sibicura delivers within Switzerland. Delivery normally takes 3–7 working days from confirmation of the order. For handmade or limited products, delivery may take longer.

Packing and shipping are carried out together with supported-employment workshops in Switzerland (for example ESPAS Winterthur). Sibicura accepts no liability for delays caused by third parties such as postal services or delivery companies.

5. Returns and complaints

Unopened packs and unused holders can be returned within 14 days of receipt. Returns must be registered in advance by email to info@sibicura.com. Without registration, a parcel cannot be matched to an order.

The cost of return postage is borne by the customer. Opened incense sticks are excluded from return.

If a product reaches you damaged or faulty, please contact us within 7 days of receipt at info@sibicura.com. In that case we cover the cost and arrange a replacement or a refund.

6. Retention of title

Goods remain the property of Sibicura until payment has been received in full.

7. Liability

Sibicura is liable only for damage caused by intent or gross negligence. Liability for indirect or consequential damage — in particular lost profit, data loss or loss of use — is excluded.

Our products are not intended for medical treatment. Use is at your own responsibility.

8. Copyright and intellectual property

All text, images, designs and other content on www.sibicura.com are protected by copyright. Any reproduction, adaptation or distribution without prior written consent from Sibicura is prohibited.

9. Data protection

Protecting your personal data matters to us. Information on the collection, processing and use of personal data can be found in our privacy policy.

10. Applicable law and place of jurisdiction

Swiss law applies exclusively, to the exclusion of the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods. The place of jurisdiction is Zurich, Switzerland.

11. Changes to these terms

Sibicura reserves the right to amend these terms at any time. The current version is available on our website. The version in force at the time of the order applies to that order.
