Learn to meditate

Tuesday, November 24, 2026 and Tuesday, December 8, 2026, 7 to 8 pm
Ruhtalstrasse 12, 8400 Winterthur. Shared practice: please ring the bell marked M. Sutter. You'll find a poster at the door.

We learn one meditation technique and practice it together. Along the way, we look at what research shows: what happens in the body in the moment, and what regular practice can change over time. Regula Fischbach, teacher and practitioner, guides the evening. Ivana Galdos of Sibicura is your host. Wear comfortable clothes.
